Shop BeltsHow to Measure Your Belt
The easiest way to find your size is to measure a belt you already wear.
Step 1
Lay your existing belt flat.
Step 2
Measure from the fold at the buckle to the hole you use most often.
Step 3
That measurement is your belt size.
Example: If your measurement is 36 inches, order a size 36 belt.
A Better Fit Starts Here
Our belts are sized so your measurement lands at the center hole, giving you room to adjust tighter or looser as needed.
If you fall between measurements, sizing up is usually the safer choice.
Made for Years of Wear

Visual Sizing Guide
Your measurement should run from the buckle fold to the hole you use most often. That number becomes the center hole on your new belt.
Tip: Keep the measuring tape straight and measure to the hole you use most often, not the tip of the belt.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if I do not have a belt to measure?
You can measure your waist where you plan to wear the belt and compare that number to our sizing chart. Measuring an existing belt is still the most accurate method.
Is belt size the same as pant size?
Not always. The best way to size correctly is to measure a belt you already wear from the buckle fold to your most-used hole.
Where should my new belt fit?
Your size should land around the center hole so you have room to adjust in either direction.
What if I am between sizes?
If you land between measurements, sizing up is usually the safer choice.
Built to Break In, Not Wear Out
A well-made belt should feel right from the start and get better with years of wear. Find your size, choose your belt, and take a piece of Alaska with you.
